How often should we change our filters?

Pets and allergies are the biggest factor. Once we know more about your particular situation, we can give you a schedule that makes everyone happy. Our service plans come with free filters for life, so you’ll always have them ready to go.

Google is discontinuing some Nest thermostats. What should we do?

Don’t worry. We have a number of alternatives that look great and work just as well.

How big of a unit do we need?

We’re looking for two things here. First, we figure out the tonnage of the unit based on your property size. Second, we’ll show you options with different SEER ratings, which dramatically affect operating costs.

How often should I have my unit serviced?

We like to have a look at least once a year. There are about 25 things we look at, including adding refrigerant if necessary. All of our service plans include twice-yearly inspections and tune-ups as well as discounts on labor and parts.

Our home is old, and we don’t want to replace the ductwork.

We have a number of high-velocity choices that are specifically designed for your situation. Simply put, they push more air vs traditional units while keeping noise to a minimum.
